Ananya is leading programs and establishing strong outreach partnerships at Sesame Workshop India Trust. She has 15 years of experience in the social sector (India, Nepal and Bangladesh), with an expertise of 7 years of work in WASH (Water, sanitation and hygiene). She holds Masters’ degrees in Philosophy (Natural Resource Management), Social Work and Ecology & Environment.
Ranjeet has joined Sesame as Senior Program Manager. Previously, he has worked with Institute of International Education where he managed Global Girls Education Program focusing on Science, Technology, Engeneering & Math (STEM). Before that he worked with Compassion International as Program Manager. His primary responsibilities included Capacity building of projects, Liaison between partnerships, Monitoring & Evaluation, Budget Implementations /approvals, Host donors and curriculum development. Prior to Compassion International, he worked with World Vision India for 5 years. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of education, health, working with communities at the grass-root level, girls’ education, and capacity building. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology & Geography.
He is responsible for developing theory of change and log frames to support all our educational outreach projects. Additionally, he develops robust monitoring frameworks and tools for the projects to track progress and enable SWI to check on fidelity of the program and take corrective actions as and when required. He also supports research agencies responsible for conducting impact evaluations of the projects by assisting them in the research design and analysis phases.
She is accountable for all outreach activities at Sesame Workshop India Trust. She manages past and existing donors, coordinates and facilitates research, advocacy and networking with NGOs, consultants, government officials and also provides support in managing program budgets.
He is accountable for all the Finance & Accounts tasks held in Sesame Workshop India Trust. His responsibilities revolve around Grant’s Budget Reviewing & Monitoring, Treasury Management, Accounts Payables & Receivables, Payroll Management, MIS Reporting, Liasoning with Banks and Handling Audits.
She is responsible for Data Entry, Review of Vendor/Staff Payments, Paying off Statutory Liabilities, Contract Tracking, Maintaining Payment Tracker and Bank Reconciliation as well as assisting in MIS Reporting and in Audits.
